CV Joint (Type 2)

MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE CORRECT TYPE

This is the harder CV joint to obtain. It is also the more common one on Jimnys.

Suzuki only sell the full drive shaft as a complete unit.

This is a replacement for the 8 balls, 26 external splines and 29 internal splines CV - Suzuki part 44102-84A00

It comes with a replacement snap-ring and small tube of CV grease

Notes:

1. This is the joint only, the full Suzuki number refers to the complete Driveshaft assembly.

2. Supplied joint may differ from the one in the picture, the package may also contain parts not relevant to the Jimny installation (e.g a rubber boot)

3. Although it replaces an 8 ball CV, this unit is a 6 ball CV

4. The Suzuki part numbers for the complete shaft assemblies inlcuding the CV joint are:

• 44102-84A00 (left side)
• 44101-84A00 (right side)
