As it was when l got the jimny.june 2009

6 weeks after, the jimny fitted with 1.5 BITS4VITS spring spacer.
and eoc body lift.

With new monsoon soft top fitted+7x15 modulars with 205/70/15.

using Bits4Vits spring space's + jimny body rubbers.1st,wd40 all body mounting nuts, let it work in for about 1 hour. While you're waiting remove the 2 lower back bumper bolts, next remove front bumper + headlights. On the drivers side you will find a brakepipe junction, undo the bolt + unclip the brake pipes, you will need to push this up a little when you start to lift the body + unclip vac pipes, you will need to make a bracket for the junction when you're finished. To start lifting the body you will need a trollyjack + 4, 3"x2" pieces of wood about 24" inch long, undo all nuts + bolts on the body mounts, take off all the rubbers one side at a time, cut the rubbers with a hacksaw where the rubber curves in at the bottom, use 2 bits of wood on top of the jack arm & lift the body on the floor pan, starting on the drivers side. Lift the body till you can fit the large rubbers onto the upper body rubbers using mastik, you need this to hold the body rubbers on.Lower it back down slowly onto the chassis using the small rubbers you cut off under the washers + nuts. Do not tighten till the end of the job.Do the same job on the other side but you will need to unclip the brake pipe first. Then refit the lights + bumpers + tighten all nuts + bolts. Good luck,Baz. 58mm lift for about £90.
