All of a sudden its October and time for the second BigJimny meet this year. Many people asked for a south meet so we decided to give it another try. We had 40 Jimnys turn up on the Sunday morning for a meet-up and off-road drive. We had everything from shiny new Gen4 Jimnys through to SJs that have competed for many years in local trials.
Yesterday we had somewhere over 76 Jimnys arrive for a meet-up at Parkwood 4x4, near Bradford for what was a sensational event again. Postponed from 2020 where Covid got in the way, 80 Jimny's congregated at Parkwood 4x4 just outside Bradford. Surely this it the biggest meet of Jimnys in Europe and perhaps the World. After much planning the day of the event finally arrived. The last event was held a few years ago so it was definitely time to try again, so it was off to 4x4withoutaclub at Aldermaston.
Sixty three Jimnys were booked in making it possibly the largest Jimny gathering in Europe and even challenging the rest of the world. They came from all over the country with many staying ovenight at local hotels. Even the hotel car-park became its own mini-meet.
