3D printed and fitted some spacers to the spare wheel bumpers to help stop the rear door rattling.

A combination of offset wheels and spare wheel carrier extended by the previous owner left a large gap letting the spare flex side to side.

Printed the spacers in PETG at 40mm and 45mm for a flush fit on each side then fitted a rubber penny washer to protect the painted surface and fixed in place with new M6 machine screws.

Stopped the spare wheel wobbling when closing the rear door and reduced noticeable rattle over speed bumps.

I went for 6 walls and 50% gyroid infill, could probably have got away with less but wanted to fit and forget.

Had the chance to borrow a workshop with a proper lift, but the front fingers do not reach the jacking points at the radius arms (6 cm too short)! Rear fingers are good. Any solution?

have you tried reversing it?

The ramp I use for every car we reverse in, but in the jimny it needs to be driven in and just works
