Today I have been mostly using the tracker to observe the behaviour of the charger and am quite confident it's doing what it should how it should.

There have been complaints coming from the power steering especially when the temperature is in the blue. Sounds like the water content in the oil is solid and we do not like ice.
So after some of the old juice was spilled out on the floor in a mess, I got about half a liter of new raspberry juice of the dexron III type into the power steering .
the noise is gone and for now I am pleased. but still on my list to try to get more old out and more new in.
Also did a compression test today. All OK there, so decided to go ahead with my plan to change the valve stem seals.
Maybe even more typical cylinder head maintenance.

So I’m new to the forum and I apologise if I’m not posting in the correct place, just thought I’d share some pictures of this ridiculous project I’ve taken on, a very rusty 2006 Jimny, Started it last May, It’s had new chassis and currently in the process of replacing everything from the top of the sills downwards!, Hopefully have it ready for November when my daughter starts driving (her dream car)!

Welcome. Looks impressive. Nice to see one getting saved rather than being scrapped. You'll have many years of enjoyment out of the car and peace of mind knowing that it's sound structurally.

Amazing, what a brilliant project and looking good, your daughter is going to be very pleased.
It would be great to see more photos as the rebuild progresses and if you hit ‘New Topic’ from the menu at the top you can create your own thread to keep everything together.
