Ok so use a 0.05mm and 0.04mm

No, the stacks need to add up to 1mm and 1.1mm.
Assuming you have the necessary blades there, then use the 0.4mm 0.5mm and 0.6mm

You don't need to gap the plugs. Fit them as they come.
