Oh so on each blade it say 0.08 under it got 0.20mm

The first one is imperial and a head cave.

If each blades 0.2mm ? you need 5 in a stack for 1mm which is minimum plug gap. You shouldn't then be able to get a 6th blade into the gap as that would be 1.2mm and bigger than the upper limit.

Normally the blades are not all the same thickness though?

Done mine today put bosch in, 14 quid for 4 from halfords. Halfords also do a nice gap tool for about 5 quid. Also recommend 16mm magnetic socket. It is awesome!

Yeah that's better. Using the mm numbers create a stack that gives you a total of 1mm then repeat but with a stack of a total of 1.1mm for each plug they shouldn't be too tight for the 1mm or slack enough for the 1.1mm to rattle about in the gap.

No, the stacks need to add up to 1mm and 1.1mm.

Assuming you have the necessary blades there, then use the 0.4mm 0.5mm and 0.6mm

this is gap of plug out of the box looks big I can fit a 0.43mm and 0.54 mm together and can feel a slight drag took old plug out and can get 0.88mm and0.18mm before you feel slight drag
