J999 MNY, ULYSSES M18 VVT with ITB's Dyno tested at 130hp
Pickup/tipper, R7me gearbox & 6.4 Rocklobster, 31" Toyo MT, 2x ARB air locker 3.9 diffs in braced axles, 6" total lift, Floating rear conversion, Raptor painted, CB, Recaro's, Caged, etc, etc...

They slide OK, but not perfect. Good enough!
I extended the bar approx 23mm..

Can you please tell me - is your transfer box mounted with the original mounts or the straight through bolt with nylon bushes type of heavy duty mount?

Well, the regeared transfer is a bit noisy (not extreme, but enough), allthough getting better every week. Protection plate underneeth didnt help either...
At first i mounted it with the straight through HD mounts , using the jimnybits metal brackets/mounts.. Way to noisy for me for daily driving. So i bought a new set stock mounts that ive been running for some months now, still using the metal JB mpunts.. Still not quiet, but a hellofalot better than HD.
Ive got noise reduction mats almost on the entire floor, which helps alot for road noise, but gear whine goes straight pass it.
