I always had a storage problem with my last Jimny so going to try and solve it on my next one
The only way i can see is getting an ORA rear bumper and welding mounts for a swing away style wheel carrier.
So did a quick model to prompt some ideas at work its only rough concept for now.
the tire now sits about 150mm higher to make the light more visible and the tow bar easier to get to.
also have painted it and mounted a number plate and number plate light on the gerry holder.
im about to cut off the wings of the bar as they look hideous, the mounts also need to be braced to prevent lateral movement.
and i strongly advise not to do recoveries with this bar.
