Long story bought this jimny 3 years ago put clutch in last week on putting it back in noticed ot had a broken front spring. The guy I bought it from said it had a 3" lift ok so went and bought 2 3" front springs fitted them now it looks like a monster truck at the front. Took advice was told keep the 3" springs on and put 3" springs on the rear but remove the body lift that the last owner must of done. Removed all the plastic blocks from the body to lower it back down but I think fitting these blocks the must of got extended body bolts I was told take the lift off and just bolt it back up there should not be a problem well there is a massive one the 2 rubber bushes one goes above the chassis and one below there is a about a 3" gap now I'm sure this is the problem where will I get the proper ones to fit on my jimny please.

In your photo the "sleeve bolt" is still through the lower body mount. If you take that out the bush will then fit up under and against the chassis body mounting cup...

You then need to use nuts to attach the rubber bush and washer under the chassis body mounting cup... the two at the front of the doors and the two right at the back are 10mm metric FINE (1.25mm pitch) thread and the two behind the doors are 12mm metric FINE thread too...

I have some I can post to you if you can't source them ;)

Looking at the picture that bottom bolt thingy is threaded onto the body studs in place of a normal flange nut?

You'll probably find the bolts under the headlights are too long now too?

Here you go!

Metric fine (the thread that Suzuki use just to be awkward!)

Two bolts to go under the headlights into the chassis cupped mountings as yours will now be too long

Four 10mm nyloc locking nuts for the small body mounting studs, and...

Two 12mm nyloc locking nuts for the small body mounting studs

And below is my paypal email address, a tenner should cover the parts and postage ;)

Hope that helps!
