Dried it all off then rinsed with 'Demon Shine' I had the stuff given me ages ago so thought best give it a go.
The results were quite good so that's done ...... :whistle:

and had my front wheels tracked
used an idiot proof wireless system and :woohoo: £30 and well pleased
could feel the difference straight away, the barge like slop has gone and full lock left turns no longer feels like I'm driving a clowns car at the circus
was dubious about using ATS but it really is an idiot proof system :whistle:

How much higher are you sat now?
No higher at all really as the inside runner is exactly the same height and mounts directly to the floor. The outside runner needed building up by about 80mm as the Impreza runners sit level and the Jimny floor drops off to the outside. Also that large lever at the side of the seat raises and lowers it
