I've known for a while that my front brake caliper bleed nipples have been a bit seized as they have been stiff when bleeding. So today I took the ones in some spare old calipers I have out of them, cleaned them up and took the ones out of the calipers on the car.

They were quite seized in so took a bit of jiggery pokery to get out, but the new ones went in nicely and when worked back and forth are nice and free.

I think I need to whip them out for a clean up more regularly & try to find done rubber caps for them as the old ones jumped off a long time ago!

All good at the moment though!

Then I took it for a test drive after bleeding them up and some rust I've been keeping an eye on around the front join on the back box finally holed. So I've got to fire up a new one to bolt on soon.

Where from?how much?and whats involved in fitting?

You will need some sub-frames to fit the bucket seats on. I just happen to have some front seats for sale if your interested

They are on eBay. The number is 271292921854.

Just bagged myself some ignis recaros for just £120. Thanks for the idea.

I've had a fiddle with my Recaros tonight, it looks as if the only part to modify is the rear seat back adjuster bar as the Ignis bar is splined and the Jimny bar has tabs on to operate the adjuster and it seems about 40mm too short so I will need to lengthen them. Thank god I got my mig welder back! :)
