No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationAfter the body lift the gear knob was 2 inches lower and a little awkward with the armrest down, so looked for a fix ....

managed to crack the gear knob off (mole grips on shaft) wrench on gear knob - so ordered a gear stick extension from Utah (USA) for £11.82 delivered

M12 x 1.25mm fine thread x 3 inch (75mm)

ordered 02/07 - arrived 9/07 - pretty good

tried the original gear knob on .... wouldn't fit as the non-threaded portion was to wide to allow entry to reach the internal thread of the knob .... could have drilled it out ...but fancied a change so contacted Rob (Kirkynut) as recalled he had fitted a 5 ball and he driected me to retrogearknob.com
for £7.89 delivered (thanks Mate)

loving it

;)

finally got the 3 remaining rims changed :woohoo:

new fronts and spare to match (sort of) the existing rears

now all -30 offset, have junkes the spacers, but new rims are black and slightly stepped as opposed to rears which are grey and less stepped - but love them all the same

but now can't get the cover back on as the lock nut won't reach the thread

Cracking! Black and grey go together well. If I had a a modular on the back as a spare I wouldn't have the cover on I'd want to show it off. I think they look more off roader like that.
