Can i swap m13a non vvt with m16a vvt ?( update )

Today i went to the market

I found Hundreds of VVt m15a engine from swift for each 400 $
also I found only one ( only one ) engine come from export of VVt m18a engine it cost 775 $ ( only one in our market )
and i found one I found engine of VVt m16a engine it cost 820 $


which one i should chose if you want reach more than 125 HP

M18a have more lower end torque than m16a (sport) even through on paper m16a produce more power 123 (m18a) vs 125 HP (m16a sport)

Today i will remove m13a

Why m18a flywheel would have made engine run smoother with better traction on road and better mileage on highway
