Those lorry arches* are big and cumbersome to get in and out of the garage to try and test fit them, so I needed some plywood templates!
*don't worry the side with the white logo and pin stripes is getting cut off!!
Et Voila!
Hard to get a photo as the garage wall and racking is in the way, but it looks to be a good fit, just under the tube loop of the rear bed
And the front...
That'll work nicely too!
Note! Don't worry... they'll be fair bit of trimming to them yet! As shown earlier in the build thread -

Yes...
There's 60mm x 60mm box section running down the side of the door edge over the hinges, that'll be capped off at the top with a hole-sawed hole for a length of tube to run down from the 'halo hoop' to the door bars, to protect the windscreen / body edge...
Then there's some 50mm x 50mm box running from the door bar edge to the front clip, shaped to run under the new bonnet edge...
And I've got the MIRROR GUARDS sketched up in my warped mind too :woohoo:
