Thats the Volvo. Sixties (?) Laplander L-3314 Ambulance or radio wagon this one as it has a tin roof.
most common with a canvas roof.
B18 engine same as the Amazon. Salisbury axles.
Very common here in Norway and Sweden.

The laplander can be compared to a sixties LR I guess. Except it would work just fine more often.
Most of these can use the better sivilian Volvo parts too and easily available.
