Jordy, here are a few pics from behind the rear bumper, they are crappy pics with my Blackberry I am afraid but it should help you get the idea. the box section is 80 x 80 and it lines up perfectly with the raised parts on the bumper that I cut holes through. The exhaust hanger sits inside the box section on the right however I will need to trim this up a little as it occasionally rattles against it and is starting to annoy me.

I have 3 M10 high tensile bolts bolting the box section to the chassis with a 4mm steel plate the other side for additional strength. The piece that the shackle attaches to is bolted to the box section with 2 of the same m10 bolts and then welded together. (my welds are not great :whistle: hence the bolts and weld)

im geting the hump with it if im honest :laugh: evry time i do one thing i find somthing else that needs doing, i done the T-box and then found out that the cv's were up the wall so i done them and the kin pin bearings at the same time wich needed doing and the iner axle seal, then i find out that the wheel bearings need doing there on order from BigJimny shop (i may need a hand with them if your around) iv got my front arms on and shocks and stil got the rear arms to do then its a bit of wealding in the boot new tyres then MOT time
