Buy light bars from here. www.hanma-auto.com/
I live about as remote as it gets in Aust which makes freight very expensive and I just bought a 100w bar with 10w Cree LEDs which only cost $155au

seen a few on pay and play days but they are stupidly expensive in the UK
30" one is £600

I have been looking into building my own LED bar in the last couple of days. Pretty much all the bits can be sourced on eBay.
The hardest bit is the housing. Am thinking some aluminium C section with and acrylic cover.
Will make a nice winter project

Mine is an eBay job and it cost $116 AUS for a 24" bar.
Couldn't justify spending much more on it.

Got motivated yesterday, swapped out my Manual VVT transfer case for an Auto one.
First time I'd done something like that and it only took me an hour n a half![:) :)](/media/kunena/emoticons/8.png)
Took it for a drive last night and the difference is amazing !
