I've got a scan gauge like what Martin has and have it permanently connected to the ecu. I can see volts and engine temp in celcius along with rpm and speed in kph which are less useful.

Knowing the coolant temperature to the degree is great as the gauge doesn't move much on the dash.

It will.give an early indication of overheating, battery or alternator trouble.

Not as cheap though but can show and clear trouble codes so is a really useful bit of kit.

Is this this same display that is in the blog section? If so where did you buy it? I have been looking at getting a multi gauge to monitor systems as that's the type of geek I am

Second that I've got a Scan gauge as well it's a bloody good bit of kit !!! Would recommend to anyone to get one !!!
