I have seen the rubber thingy and its all there working well. U mean even with the rubber in place, water still comes in thru tat hole?

I think there are a lot of things for me to do up.. Lack of time lack of money hahaha.. But wanna make sure water leakage is solved before proceeding for lift etc.. Cant wait! U guys are good the way u do things.. Literally fixing everything yourself.

Ok i have officially f-ed the water leakage thing as i most prolly get into water when i am out to the field.

Right now, a dumb question perhaps..is how do you replace the cabin filter? Any of you got pic to show removing of glove box and replacing the filter? I cant seem to find on the internet and i tried to pull it out at an angle but to no avail. I dun wanna break anything yet though.. the air from the air con smells like crap and I've gotten a new clean filter here with me.

You don't have to take out the dash/glove box, the cabin filter is right under the glove box. Yes, you'll have to get into awkward positions ... but no dismantling is needed.

Deep under the passenger dash side you'll find a small and thin plastic cap. Just unclip it and the cabin filter drops on the floor. You can see how it looks (and how much crap was inside):

After you break the clip :P here's an idea about fixing it:

Lol! That is one hell of crap inside! Didnt realized it was so easy...and all these while i was trying to use brute force to take out the glove box.. almost reach to a point where i wanna smash the glove box and live without it hahaha... thank you for your pic and the fixing method is one of a kind! Gonna do it in a while, i feel my crap shouldnt be lesser than yours!

Bending all over the place and got myself underneath the bloody cabin filter cover..and vaxxi, u are right, previous owner snapped the clip and secure with a screw! Obviously not as innovative as you..

The best part... THE CABIN WAS EMPTY! No freaking filter inside and that means I am smoking dust all this while! The fins inside are trapped with dust and no way i can scrub them off or vacuum away.. slot the new filter in with the arrow pointing towards the fins (air flow direction)

I have the pic for the filter model number, maybe someone might find these pic useful.
