I think i'm gonna get a split charge system and put a 110Ah leasure battery in the boot.
Question,would the standard alternator be good enough for this task ?

Yup, just use a split charge system of lesser rating. 60Ah max.

What's the reason you want a split charge system ?
If it's just for winching there's no real reason for it. Just parallel connect the batteries.

dont direct connect batteries all this does is strain the alternator . split charger is the way to and for about a fiver will save you an expensive alternator

And go for 24V ?
All the challengetrucks I've seen have no need for fancy split charger. Two batteries in parallel connection works fine.
