Also, when you say not turning, do you mean the wheel turns but the prop doesn't or neither turns?

yes front wheel turns. prop does not.cheers

Ok undone prop from front diff. Diff turns by hand wheels do not. Turn wheels by hand diff does not turn. Turn prop on transfer box. Diff and prop turn freely all done in 2wd. Turn in 4wd prop and diff on transferbox dont turn ????

The wheels and/or diff wont turn each other in 2wd as the freewheeling hubs won't be engaged. But it's obviously demonstrated that they are all rotating and free.

Therefore it sounds like its wound up the transfer box. :pinch:

hi so when you say its wound up the transfer box do you mean i need anew transfer box.?or can it be repaired.many thanks. as you can see i am a novice at 4x4s.
