the roll cage i built myself the pipe bender i have is an old one so it took alot of working hours to build it
the radios arms are standerd because of the $$$ same with the axels plan to change them but first i have to get myself a rocklobster box. :P

yes i think i get your point i cut them with an angle grinder to size (big gaps:) ) them i filled them with weld and grinded them down,but if i was doing it again i would try use a hole saw in the piller drill,i think it would be easyer.

The tool is called a tube notcher. eBay is full of them from about £30 upwards. I have a Baileigh Notcher which was at the more expensive end, but it is very good.

Use a fine pitch hole saw and even a cheap one will make a good notch.

Most of them are suitable for use with a battery drill meaning you can notch once the tube is bent and that you wouldn't get in a pillar drill.
