OK rad is out (antifreeze in the eye is nice, bottom hose was a bummer
)
Left rad cap on and drain plug done up. Flip rad upside down and pouring water in through the bottom hose shoulder. Seems to take ages for the water to exit the rad via the top hose shoulder. (Hope that makes sense).
Have to admit to being a ford man and have never, ever had water come out so slow. Is this normal for the Jimny or is it due to a blockage?
Need to be pretty certain before I shell out £100 for a new rad.
Cheers guys will buy you all a Mars bar if I ever meet you

Have bit the bullet and ordered a rad £90 delivered. I'm now thinking of getting a leccy fan aswell (belt and braces exercise). Are Jimny's really that finnicky to over heat?

i shouldnt bother with an electric fan. i do haven one on mine but only as a booster incase of emergencies. if the rad was blocked like it seems then a new rad will work wonders.

Where did you order it from? I could do with a new one before too long but need a mortgage for the ones at the local factors!
