Replaced my bottom kingpin bearings. Again. This time with waterproof grease, here's to hopefully it being longer than 6 months before I need to do them again. such a great bit of design, well done suzuki!

Went to cowm today and ended up driving home in 4wd but no rear prop and something has decided to stop working inside the rear axle:( not sure if it's the diff with less teeth than a smack heads mouth or if the half shaft has decided it didn't want anymore splines:( on a lighter note didn't need to get towed out anywhere :)

Spent 5 hours replacing the sump.
Despite being a complete ballache of a job, I think my balls are the only things that aren't aching!

Replaced o/s/f kingpin bearings. Top one was perfect, on the lower one the kingpin had nearly welded itself to the inner bearing, needed a chisel and bfh to get it out the hub. Luckily it cleaned up and fitted the new bearing perfectly
