JerseyJimny wrote: You figured out the wiring ok then?
Nope just ran some dual core direct to batt
Thinking that I will just wire via relay and sod the other options. Still can't figure out why I need the additional switch in that wiring diagram you posted ..

OK cool, I wanted to be able to do that anyway
Will have to investigate if the standard "Fog" light switch fitted would be upto the job. If so looks like James will be getting some more beer tokens for a switch to be "Spots" instead.
Should be nice with a standard switch in one of those blanks.

GuardianAngel wrote: Ordered some ORA radius arm guards
good choice,enjoy fitting them
a word of advise which i wish i did before fitting mine, properly clean and hammerite the chassis mounts prior to fitting the guards. they collect mud and leaves etc etc which will lead to rust! when the weather improves i will be removing mine to paint underneath.
i used a bearing grease to sort of hold the spacers in place, the guards are a very tight fit so some levering and repositioning of the spacers is needed as you fit the guard. All fun and games, swear alot it makes it all better

I need to buy a new Fire Extinguisher though as mine has lost pressure and think I might get some of those rubber grip things for my breaker bar to sit on the inside of the back door.
I might make a fold down table for the back door too for making a cuppa out of the wind when laning etc.
