More progress today (sorry if im boring you!)...



starting to close up and brace the rear bits together. Pulled the door plastic panel off and like the look, so going to weld up the holes and have it all the same colour, avec some nice new front arches from Kiethy (thanks again).



Plenty of space with the seat trial fitting. Thats the seat fully back on its runners in the pic below. gives a useful bit of space behind the seat.

Also decided on the rear tray. Its going to be made from this stuff, which is intended to be used for handrails. all kinds of fittings avaliable for it to make whatever shape you want and attach boards:

I made sort of circles from a strip of steel...with the slitter....they look like the peg on a jigsaw puzzle.

Tack in and cut the tab off....if there's a helper nearby you can put squares on the back.
