If it was my garage then it would be sorted out. Im renting the space. That bit was dug up for an archaeologist to inspect whats under the garage when someone was going to build on it a few years ago. The guy I rent it from keeps his car in there and potters on with things too, but isnt fussy about the knackered concrete unfortunately. Also he wont sell it to me and will likley kick me out at some point when he starts to build on the site. :-(

Been a busy few days wiring up a temporary hospital in Whitehaven sports centre, but back at the important stuff today

stripped off the wheels, mudguards and various reflectors and spent the morning going over it with the wire brush attachment on the grinder then some paint. My favourite combo of Buzzweld rust encapsulator and top coat of black Raptor. Got the trailer and most of the little bits done today before I heard the call of beer...

Primer:

Raptor:

More painting tomorrow probably, then leave to dry and reassemble.

Oh, and in case anyone is wondering what a temporary hospital ward looks like...

from a sports hall:

to a 60 bed space plus nurses facilities in 4 days:

I would suggest that following the advice of 'not going out' is wise. I wouldnt want to end my days here

So much good work both helping with the fight and making the trailer respectable. You are genuinely a good human being!
