Well the part finally turned up today after nearly 3 weeks of waiting :( I have re-tapped the Diff casing thread as it looks like there is enough metal to form a decent thread. As you can see from the picture, the new adapter also has considerably more thread!
So the MOT time is approaching for "LittleJimny" and we knew that one of the stabiliser links (or drop links) is bent and leaking grease.
