LED bulbs to replace the Tungsten DRL bulbs in the 2018+ Jimny (JB74W).
These are simple plug in replacements.
The new Jimny has a CAN-BUS digital system with a BCU (Body Control Unit) monitoring the bulbs. Therefore LED replacements have to be compatible with the BCU, this means they have to have the correct resistors fitted in the bulb unit. These have the correct resistors, other LED bulbs of similar fitment may not work correctly. In addition these have been tested in a UK Spec SZ5 Jimny, other national specifications may differ.

| Note: 1. The DRL Leds have an O-ring to seal them into the fitment to prevent water ingress. This O-ring can make them difficult to insert into position. Lubricating the seal with silicon grease or other light lubricant will make the fitting a lot easier. 2. These are for a Jimny that ALREADY has DRL lights fitted, these are an LED upgrade. They CANNOT be used to add DRLs to a car that does not have the wiring or correct lamp housing. 3. Some countries have different set up (El Salvador and possibly other Latin American countries for example). Make sure they are compatible with your Jimny. Contact me if in doubt. 4. Before calling me to say they are different from your bulbs check that you have not removed the fog light bulb by mistake!  5.
