yes, the speakers had to be coaxed into position using the force
the drivers foot-well was the most interesting, trying to get the complete panel/speaker assembly passed the pedal
it's not a straight forward job, but it's achievable

if you're going to fix them to the panels first you may need to extend the existing cables as mine were only 75mm,
I just snipped off the existing spade connector and using blue crimp connectors joined a section of the new cable that came with the speakers
also see my post as I've added details re marking out the position.
good luck

not very well, not tall enough
but I have another plan
can't afford a trailer, semi-retired but working part time at a leading supermarket as a minion so I can buy toys,
spent all my money on a MIG welder :pinch:
and now want a 6 KVA generator

I think trailers are not the costly part; I got my 5'x3' for free though I fitted a new axle soon after and some accessories like a jockey wheel.
No, IMHO the real cost is the towbar from 70 notes...................ouch  ..................plus getting a number plate and a trailer board. I have an old rather battered trailer board that works fine that you could have for free depending on postage cost.

but I've seen boards sell locally for £10 ...... postage would probably cost the same,
I have been keeping an eye out  and looks like trailers typically go for £100 - £150 around here
maybe I could justify the cost by getting something multi-purpose
:pinch:
