All mounting new. The problem is not exactly in them

The problem started with me changing the clutch,...2 years back,...i thought that i could have screwed the new plates because the transmission difn't fit easy the first time.
So new clutch kit again,...no result.
I even bought a complete gearbox all the shafts transfer box and diff to rule things out. No
As far as i can tell there is nothing wrong with the flywheel...it seems in balance and turns smooth....

Not seen the Suzuki clutch but I know on our Bmw bikes that they have paint marks on the clutch components as they're all indicators of balance points and these have to be staggered at 120 degree intervals on assembly.
Can't remember at this point in time wether Jimnys have a split prop shaft. The thinking behind that is are the uj's at either end in line with each other ?
Clutch plate alignment another possibility.
Go back to basics and start with what you have changed.
Was a proper spline grease for example used on the clutch plate / gearbox splines ? Gearbox input shaft splines worn ?
Anti seize greases such as coppa slip can't be used as their construction can exacerbate spline wear

If in doubt ...... Flat out ??

Thanks,

I will just do that,...start all over again.
I found a big resonance source when I knocked the left rear coil spring. The rubber seat was worn and strange enough it was filled with water because the bottom had no hole in it as it has on the right side.
I need to replace those rubber seats anyway. But for now i rubbed them in with red rubber grease.
The most terrible noise is gone now but the fibration remains.
So indeed back to start

Btw,....it doesn't say anything about marks but i made sure that the pressure plate was in the easiest fitting position

I have read this post through with interest. Mine has a slight vibration below 2000 rpm.
Its not as bad as some describe on here but its more engine noise and a little vibration in mine.

It only happens in 3,4 & 5 gear with half throttle or more. I can sit at 1800 rpm in any gear if on a light
throttle. It has always been the same and just put it down to me asking too much of a small engine
when the revs are low so not producing enough torque to match the load placed upon it. :)

As the problem started after a clutch change i would be looking at propshaft faults/ alignment or a faulty clutch :)
