Hi Lambert, do you mean that the first step to take is to remove the wheel steering and refit again straight with the pitman arm in the middle?

No what I mean is to check that both the steering wheel and the pitman arm both occupy the same straight ahead position without removing either. Reindexing them relative to the steering column and box can easily make it difficult to get everything working properly. You really need to keep the orientation as close as possible to factory.

Hello lambert
After a long discussion and great information from your side finally the problem solved . Before i go to any alignment workshop ,i tried another jimny for same generation the steering was the same when it come to turning right turning different than left which shock me alot ! His car turn 1.75 to left and 2 to right ( not 2 full turns to left as i aspect).
After that i went for alignment which was huge work for both wheel and steering alignment and i got my jimny back without any steering or misalignment issue.
