However, you do realise its going to be an awful ride! As going lower, you will also need to go stiffer. That combined with live axles front and rear, its going to be bouncy and unstable.
Not sure if its even possible, but maybe look into dropping the body lower onto the chassis?

If the shocks are in good condition there's no bouncing around.
But why lowering a Jimny? Why not just get a Fiat Panda 4x4 instead? Or just get a Fiesta?
One other thing on lowering it. You'll also need to correct the castor angle.

No..... On the whole we all lift them!
Why would you want to lower a 4x4? If you want a nice drop get a Peugeot 106. I slammed my GTI at 18. Now I'm nearly 30 I've lifted my jimny.
Funny how things change

I like that, except for the silly angle of the wheels.

Literally cutting the springs up to make them shorter, it has a body lift for wheel clearance and then just going mad with it.
it has a snorkel and spot lamps so i just thought it might be crazy
especially with a turbo hybrid ct9

If you want to lower a Jimny, chop a coil off the standard springs and put some castor correction bushes in the wrong way around. It won't be awful, but it won't in anyway be better either.
