Perhaps the 2 coolant lines that are there to prevent icing up inside the throttle body?

Got the old knock sensor off and got the stud on for the new Bosch sensor to slide on. was probably the worst job on the car so far! No room to work and kept dropping tools and bits onto the engine mounts.

Yellow RX8 injectors installed, and brown Liana injectors removed. Knock sensor fitted. Started tweaking the inter cooling pipes and cutting some to size. Ideally I should of got a 120 degree angle bend for the throttle body to meet the intercooler but it will work. Turbo outlet to intercooler has matched up well.

Plumbed in turbo oil feed and return. Connected all intercooling. Have put a port in for a HKS blow off valve. The intercooler is on a slant which I am not happy with but it’s something I can rectify later on.

Offset air filter added and a few better pictures of the setup in day light. The car is abit tired but I thought I could transfer this all over to a newer Jimny in the future.

Going to cut a label up the 3 connectors for the new ECU most of it will be redundant. Spoke to the auto electrician who is a elderly family friend. I can do most of it myself, he will just check it over at the end

Looks like it's all fitting nicely in the bay. You making it so you can unplug the new ecu wiring section incase you need to put a standard one back in?

That wouldn’t be possible to unplug and switch between the two as the new ECU connector will be using the Jimnys existing wiring. You could just take the wires out of the new connector and put them back in the old as I will leave the old connectors in situ. The new connector has 34 pins where as the Jimny has 72 on the three. I won’t be using all 34 pins. I have attached a picture of the Jimny ECU pin out. E17,E18
