As just discussed on the phone. For a 2002 year instrument cluster look for James Priestley - "J999 PRE" on this forum
If you want to go a more traditional route then the post above this one has a link to a converter for a manual speedo.

I think it is looking good, pity the jimny is 88" wheelbase, (bit late now, but a coilsprung Samurai chassis would likely have fitted straight off)
The CJ6 was 101" so it will still have nearly a foot less metal between door and wheels than one of those.
As regards speedo, have a look at motorcycle speedos from China on eBay, these are small, waterproof and some are electronic for fitting to newer 'bikes.
Hopefully the speedo and steering are soon going to be on the Proper Side rather than the American one

Given the minimalist nature of the interior of a willys that has the potential to be quite a street sleeper in terms of acceleration, cos the old go devil wasn't a particularly high revving engine. Adding lightness, always good!
