The website has been growing old underneath the hatches. The OS and its attendant PHP library etc. has been kept up to date up to the point earlier this year when it went out of support. This means it is now no longer supported and is more than 3 generations behind in some areas.
I have been building a new server on the full set of latest libraries and it is just about ready to go.
As some point later this week the change over will occur. You should hopefully only see a slight change in layout and colours. The main module I cannot move is "Tapatalk" as this is so old (and doesnt work properly anyway) so will be lost in the move.
You may see a "This site has been turned off" message, this will be because your cache has not refreshed. Your best bet is to wait (cache sorts itself out). However with some ISPs this can take a long time (particularly on mobile platforms). You can try a browser refresh using key strokes such as F5 or ALT-F5. You may also like to make a note of this URL: test.bigjimny.com which has been in use by me for testing for a month or so and therefore should have propagated to the far ends of the Internet, However you should try the proper URL www.bigjimny.com to use the real website as soon as the cache clears. Of course if you use the test URL above before the move occurs and actually post on the site your posts will be lost as the last action of the transfer will be to synchronise the databases across which will erase anything on the new site

All I got from that is that it's old and we're getting a new one. Thank you for your efforts!

We all normally have no idea how much effort it takes to keep a website like this running, thanks for all of the hard work in the background and we look forward to the new site.
