Ok, so here we go :)
Engine bay during cleaning and before painting. All rust has been removed removed and holes patched. Space over wheels will be covered with a thick rubber.

Fuel tank and air compressor on their places.

Body on the chassis. It stands on the bump stops, because springs are not there yet - it's easier to work on the car if it's lower ;)

Engine is almost ready to fit in :) All redundant sensors, wires, breathers and electronics have been removed. Intake manifold is not there yet. It also turned out, that the engine is 1895ccm, so it's 1.9is not 1.8is :) I did a small research and the engine is not M42B18 but M44B19. The difference is almost none:
M42B18: 1796ccm, 140PS @ 6000 rpm, 175Nm @ 4500 rpm
M44B19: 1895ccm, 140PS @ 6000 rpm, 180Nm @ 4300 rpm

Now you're cooking. I love it - just like that! B)
If it were auto (and RHD) it would be my dream motor. ;)

The engine bay has been painted black. Space between body and chassis and holes behind headlights have been patched with a soft plastic. Engine and gearbox are already in and we're working on them.

I also got some new stickers :D

Truck is coming along great.

Is the spelling mistake supposed to be on the warning stickers? rason? Or have I missed something?

Nope. It's a typo, I've also noticed it. Going to send them back...
