hahaha will do simple design and strong. front is most complicated but only 6 more cuts bit of weld clean up n mount and paint then rear to do which is much more simple. nearly at the end i can see the light.......ish

i was going to copy the front and rear design but decided i was too lazy so gone with the KAP design front and simple rear to make things easier and quicker

lol, thats the design I liked for lazyness :D
I saw a KAP jimny the other week but didnt think the front bumper looked very strong tbh, not as strong as box section anyhow it looked to be made more of U bar. ( and easy to bend ) but then I know very little about offroading so it was probably more than capable lol

well what i meant is a KAP shaped one and yes that design shape but its all made from box section :) i like things to last hahahaha

hahahaha only ever got 23 anyway and it will be about 20kg front and 21kg rear so not too bad.

not sure to be honest as im working around work and healing of my leg but iv decided it needs to move faster now so ill be pulling my finger out and work in the wheelchair if i have to haha

Dont over do it..... this weekend I was tuning my bike and getting it ready for a mot so I can sell it with a years..... then I installed garage roller doors and cleaned the jimny and the father in laws warrior...... my knee's in bits :( - I KNOW Ive overdone it and physio said if I kept doing stuff Id end up needing an operation ( I will find out next month ) but I get so frustrated sitting around the house not doing something :(
Ohhhh, I did take a small break this morning and did my HNC college work :)

hahahaha iv had my share of operations and got my prostetic now so any work is good just to build up my strength

Im not quite that bad, kneecap dislocates randomly but after the op theres a high chance I wont be able to bend my leg anymore :(
Trying my best with physio so I dont need the op but I dont think its working :(
