mine are in took them to a local garage & they let me use there 30 ton press to do it as they was on there dinner break

Customised winch bumper and roll cage
235/85R16 Maxxis Bighorns on 16" Rims, 4:1 Rocklobster, Rear ARB locker and on-board air
Corrected arms all-round, rear disks, Recaro seats and harnesses

You cannot press the metal cased bushes in with a vice or by pulling them in with threaded rod, I have tried.
The polybush style ones, with a soft exterior can be squeezed or pulled in.
