auto spray but when its over hauled ill be powder coating them

ok i thought that it would need some kind of special paint for springs so it would flex with the springs

i think i will go get a price to get them powder coated

well got the panard rods done today and more on the bumpers but run out of mig gas

here is how im getting on:

cut the tube and clean up




then weld in threaded inserts and paint





and the bumpers

The bumpers are coming along nice!

they look better in person as you can see the shape more of the front one

got my shackles today n they are huge!!!!!! started on the recovery points too but due to the shackles they need bigger holes hahaha

i was tempted with rose joints myself but as i had new poly bushes decided to use them

yeah mine was getting ready for new bush's but it was only 55 in total for the complete set up for both panards and they are now adjustable. (must remember to thread lock em tomorrow)

more done today carpet mainly and consoles in etc

I had to look into this at my old work when buying a new petrol store, and came across the following website -

Good old british laws means you can carry enough to get a small bbq going!!!

Its usually down to the driver or if its work, the company policy. I have been in my own truck and fetched 100L at a time, but also been with an old work collegue and fetched 200L in a mondeo estate - plus we filled the car up too!! The moment he decided to spark up his fag on the way back - well, needless to say, my arse took a chunk out of the seat and all the windows went down, before he realised we were in a mobile crem!!!!!
