One question tho, does she run ok with the snorkel facing backwards? ( probably but all my tuned cars I have owned used a ram air intake....obviously the jimny isnt a sports car tho lol )

Sorry forgot,
I have been looking at lift kits..... obviously I havnt even looked under my jimny yet ( yes yes I bought it without doing so....it was wet lol ) you mention a body lift and a spring lift.
I tohught they ran on leaf springs? Also, to do a 2" lift do you need to do both at once?
Sorry for being such a dafty, as I said before all Ive ever done is fast and family cars.... absolutely clueless in the 4x4 world. My landy with no chassis left is the extent of my knowlege.
Bert

EDIT:- I always bloody forget something.....
how did you attach the snorkel to the pillar?

ram air works well but isnt needed and runs very well.
as for attaching it i just used drainpipe mounts with the size being perfect match.

the are springs not leafs on the jimny and i have done two seperate lifts one two inch body one two inch spring which will be increasing by another inch soon :) you can do either or both i wanted arch gap ha

dont worry you will get used to the prper ways as i did. the guys on here are great people always helpfull. best site iv known.
