I started on a new project over the last 2 weeks.

almost finished it today.

Mounted an Amp under the passenger seat.

Soldered up the wiring loom

ran the wire to the amp

And mounted this to my dash :peaceout:

and the 99% finished product. ( 3.5mm cable until my bluetooth module arrives )

iPads a 3g model so now does GPS as well as my music and videos :D

thats genius, i saw the guys from mighty car mods do that in a forester with an ipad mini. would fit perfect.

Yeah mate I watched heaps of youtube vids about it and decided why not seeing as my head unit was dying and I was up for a few hundred bucks anyway.

i'm wrapped with the result. - wouldnt be as impressive if I didnt have the cellular version of the ipad

Cheers mate,

I need to update with some pics.

I now have a Bluetooth Module on the Amp so I don't need the 3.5mm cable :laugh:

On another note, Got some $$ to throw at the Jimny.

Seriously considering trying out a 2" Body Lift to give some more guard clearance.
not quiet ready to chop chop just yet, if I ever change to 31's I would chop them.

what are your thoughts on BL in a Jimny?
