definately not buddy..........................
but then again i am taking what you say as fact
you seem to know your stuff tho
just trying to learn new stuff and hopefully help others with the info gained from my questions.
i know suspension is a complex thing to get right and set up properly and that "proper" set ups cost alot of money, its the same with everything you get what you pay for! pro comp wont do the same vehicle research as koni will, same with lowering springs for normal cars you can get cheap ones that will ride shite or you can buy eibach ones which are twice-three times as much but ride properly.

Don't I'm no expert
I only have a rough idea about how I want my shocks set up. But will probably have to pay some experts one day, when I get proper suspension
Also you're right. Eibach springs are good quality. But what makes them better than other springs, I don't know. Perhaps they last longer, can be offered in custom rates, progressive or whatever .. ?

i believe they actually manufacture the springs for the specific car rather than just a generic "this fits this" so they are the correct spring rate etc. i had eibach 25mm lowering springs on my last car and they made the world of difference to handling but didnt really change the ride quality (was just as firm as before) whereas cheap lowering springs are just shorter and much firmer creating a harsh ride.
more research and development equals a more expensive end product.
shame we cant get height and shock adjustable coilovers, then we could raise and lower stiffen soften our rides at will.

I've just put AVO adjustable shocks on mine with a 3" lift and you can tell the difference between the settings. On there highest it is a very harsh ride and there softest it's abit softer than stock. May be worth a look if you use it as a daily. Got mine from
