Check the temperature sensor readings when its been standing, they should both read ambient temperature. The fuel trims should be close to centre, if not there is an issue. If the trims indicate lean at low idle/low load but come back to centre at higher loads then that a fair sign of a vacuum leak.

Had a new backbox and link pipe fitted earlier in the week, took it for another emissions test today and it passed! :woohoo:
