I use balancing beads in my 235/85/16 insa turbo special tracks and drives without even a wobble. No matter if mud is stuck on or flies off while moving they are always perfect

Cant go wrong with them

At least it was only the kingpin bearings that got changed on the Little Beast before the culprit was identified as wheel balancing.

As you said, at least you now know it's mechanically sound. Enjoy. :)

To be honest the front wheel bearings I replaced a while ago but they've not done many miles, I changed them as they were an unknown quantity. One of the rear wheel bearings failed, so both were replaced as a necessity, all of the bushes were obviously shot as were the track rod ends and the kingpin bearings on that second hand axle were rusted in. So none of it got done for no reason and I wasn't chasing a wobble.

The wobble was just an annoyance that I could live with but wouldn't go away. I don't like knowing there's a fault on my truck and not doing something about it though, I have to fix it.

I'm like that with mods too. Like at the moment I need to mod my front shafts and CV's as they are a weak link and may break with my aggressive bigish tyres. Waiting for some to hit the UK market is making me impatient as it's like I know there is something I can do to resolve it.

A minor detail? I have been following your postings on your brake issue (but don't have the knowledge/skills to assist :( ). Good luck.
