Tyre balancing beads

Absolutely! What makes you suspect they are not?
People use them in motorcycles so it seems - not quite sure why. Perhaps they balance their tyres more accurately.
Come to think of it, I never had any of my motorcycle tyres balanced as far as I know - certainly not my Vespa and I don't remember seeing any weights on my Yamaha Fazer.

No no no
Weights taken off and justbpop a packet of beads in each tire. Always balanced 100% perfect no matter what happens and i use 235/85/16 tires so big tires are also fine
Worth the money all day long as tires wear more evenly as when traditionally balanced there perfect untill used then could be out slightly but these are constantly re-balancing themselves
