looks good, i was looking at adapting the mounting holes on the chassis but looking at yours i may try your way, i will wait till i dry fit the 1.6 block (bolt to gearbox but leave block hanging from engine hoist) to gauge what needs doing

Defo thats what i did with no head on gives you real good access total toss pot once the manifolds are in place

tell me about it, i was out there tonite removing the intake manifold, come sat morning i will be removing the engine, fitting the new block making a mount, then swapping the parts over, all fun

just took the head of the jimny, not as straight forward as i thought it would be, didnt realise that one half of the head bolts are under the camshaft, so had to take the camshaft out, im thinking while it is out i will take my file and re shape the lobes to give more torque :whistle:

that is a joke

Awsome idea mate nice black and decker leaf blower strapped to the ait intake as well all that extra fuel from the cam mod mite as well boost the air for some real power
