Well I have finally got my Jimny onto 4 wheels :)

However I have a problem where my track rod attaches to my drop pitman arm, it fouls my panhard!

I wish I had listened to Paul 4x4 who said:

quote Bodylift doesn't affect steering geometry in any way, so there's no need for dropped pitman arm on just 3" suspension lift. People just seem to have some weird urge to bolt every aftermarket part onto their trucks without even knowing what they are meant for...

I bought my drop pitman for about £80ish and had considerable work (and problems) fitting it :( When really perhaps I should have saved my money and work and kept the original.

Now I am thinking about refitting a standard pitman to overcome my problem, but with the 33's on and 4.5'' spring and 2'' bodylifts the steering joint will be working at a ridiculous angle.

Any suggestions guys. Could I perhaps use a one off rose-jointed connection to the pitman instead of the standard track rod end.

The adjustable one from the ORA 4.5'' lift kit. I dunno if you can see in the pics but the steering arm is a one of with HD oversleeving.

on your panard rod did you get the cone spacers things could you not shave some off so it sits towards the back and then space it at the front with washers
