But the fact is, I simply do not mind waiting for a car, rather.....its the sheer number of stories I've been fed over the last few months. If i would of had just 2 stories that matched, i'd of left it there, but each and every time, its been different. Now folks on here mention Q2 allocations being announced, yet suzi GB inform me nowt arriving to any dealer until post June. Go figure.....
And to tip it all off, the logistics dept of Suzuki GB never got back to me as promised. By email or phone she said.....and NOWT.
I'm soooo damn close to ditching the whole thing, sheerly out of principle.
A damn disgrace, and I just hope they see this whole thread.
Over and out.
I honestly wish I could just give you a Jimny and put you out of your misery. Although I have a selection of pointy sticks that could do that too!

Any man that names his cars, should moderate themselves. Do the right thing

Letter has been acknowledged by Emma Spencer a Customer Services Manager, my guess is it never got to the top but we shall see.
No doubt it will upset my dealership but in reality they are part of the problem.
I get the feeling I am not the sort of person my dealership deals with as I have zero tolerance when it comes to dealing with ar$eholes.
I felt better getting it off my chest we will see what happens, so write to the reprobates.

You and I have the same opinion My thoughts are that if everybody did something similar they would have no choice but to sit up and take notice.
I've had good results in the past by writing to such people offering their company free advertising

Ironic given my issue is with the dealer who I am told have a great reputation.
Implying car was always scheduled for January to April which is not true as I would have kept looking.
I’m told delay is due to weather in Zebrugge, funny as car ferries still operate.
Business man in me is saying flip and take the money so hope heart changes things when I see it.

In this day and age with technology there is no excuse not to know exactly where products and goods are in the delivery cycle.
Everyone is frustrated. There is actually only 2 choices in this matter - hold on until it arrives or take yourselves off the list attempting to recover your desposit if you have paid one.
Sure I am very frustrated and this situation is stopping me from committing to an alternative purchase. I have seen cars that I would like come and go but when all is done my dealer has always said end of March and although we are only a couple of days away they have been as honest as possible so far, I think!
